I called the business, Rex Lilly called me back on Monday, but I wasn’t home, he called back on Tuesday ask me was I going to be home that day, we set a time, he came and gave me an estimate that I agreed to. I ask when they would install it, he said as soon as it came in and he was able it inspect it, probably later this week, to my surprise they called the next day they called and asked was I going to be home and if they could go ahead and install the unit. The 2 men that came were very nice hard working men. A little later another man came to help them finish up, he said he had finished another job and came to help them. It seems like they work hard to get things done and are willing to help each other out.I am very pleased with the work they did.

We are very happy with Lilly Enterprise. They diagnosed a problem with our 20 yr old (Freon based) geo thermal system. They gave us repair and replacements options. We chose replacement. Work was clean, professional and they answered all of our questions. We had lots of questions. They also came prepared to purge our closed loop geothermal system. I would recommend them highly for routine checks and repairs.

Everyone at LE is highly professional, responsive, and reliable. I would highly recommend doing business with them. Cheapest isn’t always the best option like I learned. My client info was forwarded promptly and I heard from a Tech within hours of my call. I even got a call from the owner to make sure my concerns were addressed. Some places mandate system purchases or service plans and I never heard a mention with LE. They never told me I had to purchase from them only and was never pressured with a sales pitch.

Bill was very informative about what he thought was needed to get our system working. Had to order parts and when they came in, scheduled a time to put them in. One part fixed the complete problem so the estimate was adjusted and the part not needed wasn’t billed for.Refreshing to do business with an honest company. We will be repeat customers!

2.3 year old Daiken Evaporator Coil failed. Very disappointed with 16 ton main house unit. New coil was ordered and had to ship from Texas. All freon leaked out of old system and we had little to no heat for nearly a week. Thank goodness for gas log fireplace. Not Lilly’s fault, but wish I had bought the labor warranty 2 years ago. Will be writing Daiken as Freon is not included in their parts warranty. Lilly helped with costs but the point is the unit is 2.3 years old and should not have failed in the first place.
