I called the business, Rex Lilly called me back on Monday, but I wasn’t home, he called back on Tuesday ask me was I going to be home that day, we set a time, he came and gave me an estimate that I agreed to. I ask when they would install it, he said as soon as it came in and he was able it inspect it, probably later this week, to my surprise they called the next day they called and asked was I going to be home and if they could go ahead and install the unit. The 2 men that came were very nice hard working men. A little later another man came to help them finish up, he said he had finished another job and came to help them. It seems like they work hard to get things done and are willing to help each other out.I am very pleased with the work they did.7/11/23 They came out yesterday to do maintenance, Luke called to say what time he would be here, then had another call so called back to give new time. Did a good job,
