My 30 year old ac went out in August temperatures. I got schedule for a next day appointment. Travis showed up on time. He was very friendly. I was fortunate with the diagnosis. One electric heat strip was malfunctioning and running along with the ac unit. My ac was back up and running at peak performance. Travis neber tried to sell me anything that I did not currently need. The price was very fair and NO OVERSELLING. I know that the 30 year old unit will eventually need replacing and i know who I will call for the job based on the experience today. There is no horror story here only satisfaction. Thanks for the repair service.

We have now used Lilly for two brand new systems in the past 2 years since we have two units for our home. We upgraded our systems and pricing has been more than fair and reasonable. We also use Lilly for yearly maintenance. All staff have been great as far as communication & service. They showed up on time and made sure everything was perfect before leaving. He was very courteous and friendly.I highly recommend Lilly for anyone’s HVAC needs.Recently the blower motor went bad on our air handler. Randy came and checked it and ordered the new one.
